"without music, life would be meaningless"
~ Friedrich Nietzsche
My mother was a musician, as was her father, so my siblings and I were all exposed to some form of music instruction in our lives and for me, well, it became almost as important as breathing itself and I am absolutely convinced there have been a few moments in my life where it was music that saved me from so much.
That background and influence led me to jump in and by the time I finished sixth grade, I could call myself a multi-instrumentalist on at least three different instruments. Being raised a PK, I also was exposed mostly to church music and grew up singing in the church in all kinds of contexts, including becoming a Minister of Music a few times in my youth and founding/co-founding a couple of Christian Rock bands my first time around in the Pikes Peak region.
Here are just a few snippets of some stuff I have worked on recently + one very old throwback. You can check back here or check out my Patreon site for more up-to-date and thorough musical shares.
